ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated May 11, 2026

OUR COMMITMENT

Greenway Tech Education (operated by Ruby Roots Web Studio LLC) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, should have meaningful access to information about AI training, workforce development programs, and the services we offer. Accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing commitment.

CONFORMANCE STATUS

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Our website strives to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the international standard for web accessibility. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone, including people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

We aim to substantially conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Substantially conforms” means that some content may not yet fully conform to the standard, but we are actively working to address known issues and continuously improve accessibility across the site.

MEASURES TAKEN TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBILITY

Greenway Tech Education takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our website:

  • Designing with accessibility in mind from the earliest stages of site development.
  • Using semantic HTML structure to support assistive technologies such as screen readers.
  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images and other non-text content where applicable.
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background elements.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the site.
  • Designing forms with clear labels, error messages, and instructions.
  • Ensuring text remains readable and functional when resized up to 200%.
  • Avoiding content that flashes or auto-plays in ways that could trigger seizures or cause distress.
  • Reviewing third-party content, plugins, and integrations for accessibility before deploying them.

COMPATIBILITY WITH BROWSERS AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

  • Recent versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
  • Operating system-level accessibility features including text zoom, high-contrast modes, and reduced motion settings.

The website may not be fully compatible with older browsers or with browsers that do not support modern web standards.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations may include:

  • Third-party content: Some embedded content from third-party providers (such as video, social media, or scheduling widgets) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are working with providers to address these issues where possible.
  • Older content: Some content published in earlier phases of the website may not yet meet current accessibility standards. We are working to remediate older content over time.
  • PDFs and downloadable documents: Some PDFs and other documents may not yet be fully accessible. We can provide alternative formats upon request.

If you encounter any of these limitations or others, please contact us using the information below. We will work to provide the information or service you need in an accessible alternative format.
