How we work
Every engagement is different, but the path to working together looks roughly the same.

Discovery call
A free 30-minute conversation to understand what you’re trying to do, who your team is, and where AI fits in. No pitch, no pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and try to point you somewhere better.

Proposal with scope and timeline
Within a week, you get a written proposal: what we’ll do, who’s involved, what it costs, and when things land. No surprise fees, no fine print. We’d rather have a clear conversation up front than a tense one later.

Execution
We do the work. You stay in the loop with regular check-ins, working sessions, and clear status updates. If something needs to change mid-stream, we talk about it openly instead of pretending it isn’t happening.

Wrap-up and handoff
When the engagement ends, you get everything you need to keep going: documentation, training, materials, source code where applicable. Nothing locked behind us. Your work belongs to you.

Ongoing retainer (optional)
For teams that want continued support after launch, we offer monthly retainers. Think ongoing training, advisory access, system updates, and a direct line for the AI questions that always come up after the initial work ends. Retainers are scoped to what you actually need, not bundled into one-size-fits-all packages.
