About Greenway Tech Education

Helping teams use AI ethically, without the fear or the hype.

I’m Nyasha Green, and I built Greenway Tech Education for the people AI is leaving behind.

Why this exists

I kept watching the same thing happen. Smart, capable people who were running businesses, leading teams, and building careers were either terrified of AI or pretending it didn’t exist. And the people teaching AI weren’t helping. They were either selling fear or selling magic.

What I saw, over and over, was a missing middle. The truth is there are ethical, thoughtful, deeply useful ways to work with AI, and most people have no idea they exist. Not using AI at all means falling behind on changes happening whether you participate or not. Using AI without thinking means making the same mistakes other people are already making, faster.

“I built Greenway Tech Education to teach the middle path. The ethical one.”

A little about me

I’m an engineer and educator. I’ve spent over a decade in tech building, breaking, fixing, and teaching. Along the way, I’ve trained tens of thousands of people through my work as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor. I’ve taught beginners writing their first line of code and senior leaders trying to figure out what their AI strategy should actually look like.

Outside of Greenway, I work with the communities that shaped me. I’m a mentor with Build Carolina, helping people from non-tech backgrounds break into the industry, and I’ve contributed to Underrepresented in Tech, a project building the database and resources that help conferences, podcasts, and companies actually find diverse speakers and contributors.

What I’ve learned across all of that: the best teaching isn’t about cramming people full of information. It’s about meeting people where they actually are, naming what’s confusing, and giving them a real path forward. When I work with a company, that’s what I’m doing. Not selling AI. Not pretending to have every answer. Just helping the people in the room actually understand what’s going on, what’s possible, and what’s worth doing.

What Greenway does

We’re an AI training and development studio. Two things, really:

We teach. Corporate AI training. Workforce cohorts for people changing careers. Leadership workshops on ethics and AI policy. Plainspoken, practical, no jargon shields.

We build. Custom AI applications for small and mid-size businesses: automation, internal tools, AI assistants, retrieval and search systems. The kind of practical AI that actually saves time instead of looking impressive in a demo.

We’re remote-first and work with teams across the United States.

What we believe

Ethics first, always. Every training we run and every tool we build starts with the question: who does this help, and who could it hurt? We don’t ship work that doesn’t pass that test.

Plain language wins. If we can’t explain something to you in normal words, we don’t understand it well enough yet. Jargon is usually hiding something.

Technology should grow with your people, not past them. The teams that win with AI aren’t the ones that move fastest. They’re the ones who bring everyone with them.

Show, don’t sell. We’d rather walk you through a real example than read you a sales deck. Every conversation starts with what you’re actually trying to do.

Let’s talk

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re trying to train your team, build something custom, or just figure out where to start, let’s talk.
